In 2017, Sarah expanded by launching JOL Development, focusing on creating inspiring spaces for senior living communities, ambulatory surgery centers, and commercial ventures. 

Her commitment to enhancing healthcare environments continued in 2023 with her collaboration with Dr. Ibrahim Mansour. Together, they launched a virtual weight management clinic, where Sarah oversees the strategic aspects of the managed services organization (MSO) while Dr. Mansour directs the clinic’s operations. This collaboration led to Sarah’s latest venture, Blue Lotus Aesthetics & Wellness. 

Merging her passion for wellness and aesthetics through a luxury medical spa collaboration with Samantha Williamson and Dr. Ibrahim Mansour, Blue Lotus is an innovative concept designed to elevate patient care and wellness. Holding a master’s degree in occupational therapy and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sarah combines her deep understanding of human health with a relentless drive for excellence in every endeavor. Her work is a testament to her belief in the transformative power of wellness and beauty.

Dr. Ibrahim Mansour is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in internal medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Mansour completed a rigorous internal medicine residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Jamaica, NY, from 2011 to 2014.

Dr. Mansour holds medical licensure in Texas, New York, and Washington. He has been the hospitalist program director at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center since 2018. Under his leadership, the hospitalist program has thrived, delivering quality patient care.

In addition to his work in internal medicine, Dr. Mansour has been actively involved in the fields of weight loss and medical spa services for the past 3 years. His experience in these areas has allowed him to expand his practice and offer a holistic approach to patient wellness.

Dr. Mansour’s educational background and professional experiences underscore a deep commitment to internal medicine, patient care excellence, and comprehensive wellness.

Samantha Williamson originally joined Blue Lotus as the practice administrator and marketing director after achieving success with her own weight loss. She was instrumental in building the practice from the ground up, overseeing website creation, developing marketing strategies, managing daily operations, and customizing weight loss programs. 

Samantha provides nutritional guidance and emphasizes a personalized approach, stating, “It’s not a one-size-fits-all strategy. Our patients can have as little or as much assistance as they need to achieve their goals. It’s my job to educate and be a lifeline to the doctor.”

With the expansion of Blue Lotus Weight Management into Blue Lotus Aesthetics & Wellness, Samantha is dedicated to the practice’s ongoing growth and the addition of full aesthetic services. She leverages her passion for the beauty industry to drive success.

Samantha has prior experience in wellness, including as a physician liaison across multiple specialties, including pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, neurology, and rheumatology. She focused on creating referral pipelines, fostering business development, and expanding community outreach initiatives. She also served as president of Austin Med Reps, a Central Texas networking group focused on building physician relationships and healthcare industry connections.

Samantha earned her bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, majoring in management and minoring in economics.

Laini Moman is our dedicated practice manager with over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and running practices. Transitioning from her role as a practicing licensed aesthetician, Laini now focuses on administration, where she leverages her extensive expertise as an LSO (Laser Safety Officer) and CLHRP (Certified Laser Hair Removal Professional) to maintain our high standard of care and operational excellence.

Laini’s passion for the wellness and aesthetics industries drives her to create a safe and positive client environment. She strongly emphasizes compliance standards, ensuring that all practices adhere to industry regulations and best practices. Her commitment to safety protects our clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services.

Kaeloni is a nurse practitioner and a dedicated professional in aesthetics and wellness. She combines her extensive clinical experience with a passion for holistic care. Originally from Illinois, Kaeloni and her husband relocated to Austin, where they live with their 2 cherished fur children—a rottweiler and a pit bull.

Kaeloni’s career began with graduating from nursing school in 2014, followed by 8 years of hands-on nursing experience, including 6 years in critical care. Her commitment to education led her to earn a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021. Since then, Kaeloni has been working as an acute care nurse practitioner, refining her experience in patient care.

Transitioning into the realm of aesthetics in 2022, Kaeloni has focused on providing comprehensive care that addresses both the internal and external components of health and wellness. Her services include specialized treatments, like IV therapy and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), alongside aesthetic treatments, like injectables. Additionally, Kaeloni is adept in guiding patients through weight loss and nutrition strategies, helping them achieve their goals.

Kaeloni’s approach is rooted in a genuine desire to help individuals look and feel their best. She believes in a holistic approach that integrates medical science with aesthetic principles to enhance quality of life.

Outside Blue Lotus, Kaeloni enjoys exploring Austin’s scenic trails with her dogs, practicing yoga, indulging in her love for reading, and discovering new restaurants and local attractions. Her commitment to wellness and enthusiasm for the vibrant Austin lifestyle are evident in her professional practice and personal interests.

Marion is a dedicated spa coordinator passionate about wellness and exceptional customer service. With over 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has honed her ability to create serene and rejuvenating experiences tailored to each guest’s unique needs. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, Marion is committed to maintaining our calm and welcoming environment, allowing guests to fully unwind and enjoy their treatments.
